Hope is Arriving - Govt Relief During Covid-19

The past few weeks of shutdown can feel like a lifetime. This has resulted in massive numbers of people laid off from their jobs. Financial uncertainty and health risks are foremost on people's thoughts. You or someone you know may be experiencing unemployment right now. The government has launched Canada's Covid-19 Economic Response Plan. This Plan and the details are being developed and implemented in the weeks to come. There is support for individuals, families, seniors, and businesses. One highlight is the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) which provides a higher financial benefit than regular Employment Insurance benefits.
